Todos and queued messages

Ziva can show a live checklist for larger jobs, while queued messages let you add follow-ups without interrupting the current turn.

Follow the todo list

  1. Ask Ziva to handle a multi-step task.
  2. Open the 0/N Todos bar above the composer when it appears.
  3. Watch the highlighted In progress item and the completed count as Ziva works.

Ziva creates and updates this list when it is useful. You can expand, collapse, scroll, or resize it, but the checklist is not directly editable.

Queue a follow-up

  1. While Ziva is working, type in the composer labeled Add a follow-up.
  2. Send normally. The message appears under Queued (N) in the chat.
  3. To cancel one before delivery, click its X button labeled Remove from queue.

Ziva finishes the current turn, then sends queued follow-ups one at a time in the order you added them. Each follow-up starts a separate turn and does not change the answer already in progress.

Keep Ziva open until queued messages are delivered. Unsent queued messages do not survive a restart.

Privacy

Queued text stays on your computer until its turn starts and is sent to the selected model. Attachments may upload before that turn begins.

Troubleshooting

I stopped Ziva before the queue finished. Remaining queued messages are restored to the composer so you can edit or resend them.

A follow-up could not be queued. Your draft stays in the composer. Check the error, make sure a model is selected, and send it again.
