1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ziva.sh ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ziva.sh provides an AI-powered plugin for the Godot game engine that assists with game development tasks including scene generation, code creation, and development assistance.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account through one of our supported authentication providers (GitHub or Discord). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
Ziva.sh offers subscription plans with the following terms:
- Pro Plan: $20/month includes 500 credits that roll over monthly
- Credit Top-up: $10 for 100 credits that never expire
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Credits are consumed based on AI model usage and complexity of requests
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and API costs, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues or billing errors. Please contact hello@ziva.sh for refund requests.
6. Usage Limits
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to access the Service in ways that send more requests than a human could reasonably produce
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the code and content you create using Ziva.sh. The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Ziva.sh and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Ziva's AI models is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality:
- AI-generated code should be reviewed and tested before use in production
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or fit for any particular purpose
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We never use your code or project data to train AI models.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziva.sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- Unused credits will be forfeited
- Recurring charges will stop
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability
