Approvals and questions
Ziva asks before running actions that need permission and shows the proposed input, including an edit preview when available.
Approve or reject an action
- Review the action and any file diff, code, or command shown in the approval panel.
- Choose Allow to approve it once, or Always allow to remember that exact tool permission for this project.
- Choose Reject to deny every action currently waiting for approval in that chat.
Auto-approve actions
Go to Settings → Agent and enable Auto-approve all actions to run actions without showing approval prompts.
Auto-approve does not answer Ziva’s clarifying questions.
Answer clarifying questions
A Clarifying Questions card appears in the chat when Ziva needs more information before continuing.
- Choose an option, select multiple when allowed, and type your own answer when the form offers a text field.
- Use Previous and Next to move through multiple questions, then click Submit.
- Click the X close button to dismiss the form without answering.
