So, you know, I would say the anti-AI crowd is cannibalizing itself. I think people who don’t use AI can get attacked for using AI regardless, because their work gets called AI slop.

AI is useful, not just another buzz

As somebody who was big into cryptocurrency in 2016 but quit around the time it got more popular, because it wasn’t really doing what it said it was doing, and as somebody who was not into NFTs, was not into quantum, was not into any of these buzzes, I can tell you AI is useful and here to stay.

Where I think AI-free games are going

I think the anti-AI crowd will stick around in smaller and more niche circles. And I think we’ll see very, very niche art and games come out of the no-AI space. But by and large, I think that anti-AI sentiment in gaming will decrease and slowly expire.
